Ken established the valuation services of Tse Group Ltd Wellington and continued to manage those services over a period of name changes without compromise to the quality of service offered clients. In recent years he added the management of the services known as Duffill Watts and Hanna, Auckland. Ken has extensive experience providing valuations advice for commercial, industrial, tourism, property, plant and equipment. Ken’s expertise is in providing strategic property consultancy, advice on large corporates nationwide portfolios and property advice to companies, local bodies, and government departments.
